Green Gold Grape Pendant with 13 Benitoites
About the Item
This smaller size grape pendant is done in 14-karat green gold to represent the leaves and the 13 Benitoites represent the grapes and weigh a total of 0.69 carats.
Benitoite is the California State Gemstone and is one of the 10 rarest stones in the world, found only in San Benito County California. There is no public entrance and the mine is as good as closed with no newer larger finds. There is a limited amount of this material on the world market. Bill has been cutting / faceting these rare stones for almost fifty years.
