This remarkable oval sapphire pendant is done in a classic design, surrounded by a halo of sparkling diamonds on a delicate Italian style 14K white gold chain. But the sparkle doesn't stop there - the chain goes through a bail which is hidden by diamonds. This piece will be passed down for generations to come.
