14 Karat Cirrus Spiral Pendant with Tahitian Pearl
About the Item
For the pearl lover out there - this Cirrus Tahitian pearl pendant will make you swoon. The pearl is over 11.5mm and has the beautiful iridescent shades of green, pink and gold that the most sought after Tahitian pearls are known for. The 14k gold Cirrus spiral is unique in it's textures and special sparkle.... even though this pendant is a little understated, except for the size and beauty of the pearl. Along both side of the spiral is a line of .09 mm white diamonds VVS-VS. The top is satin finished. It comes on an 18" 14ky omega chain with a sleek bayonet clasp. But the pendant will easily fit on many of your own gold chains.
This is an extremely versatile pendant that goes to work, out to dinner and on a date.
The pendant length is 0.8" from top to bottom. The side of the spiral is 0.15". The width is approximately .5 inches.
This pendant is available now with matching earrings (though 1stDibs.) However, for the woman who wants to show off the sparkle a little more, a row of 2mm diamonds can be set down the middle of the spiral, rather than on the sides. Please inquire. MSD is happy to create a customized pendant for you. A photo of a previous version of the pendant, with a darker green pearl is included in the photos.
A little more about Tahitian pearls - they are really the exotic black pearls from the Pinctada margaritifera or Black-lip pearl oyster. These pearls have a color range from light, creamy white and grey, to regal greens, iridescent peacock and deep black.

Martha Seely Design is a small design studio that creates one-of-a-kind and custom crafted fine production jewelry. The jewelry lines from Martha Seely reflect a personal vision and a clean, modern perspective. Her studio offers seven collections, each representing the incredible universe in which we live. Before becoming a jewelry designer, Martha spent many years as a costume designer and wardrobe stylist for theater, film, and television. She earned her MFA in Costume Design from Carnegie Mellon University. After years of creating clothes for commercials, television shows, and independent movies, she wanted to express herself, designing for no other reason than to create something beautiful to wear. She turned her talents to accessories, something more intimate than outerwear. This time, her unique designs are from the heart. Her work uses the oldest traditions of jewelry-making combined with the newest technologies (computer-aided design) to create her line of chic, sophisticated and wearable jewelry.
