19th Century Emerald Yellow Gold Shield Floral Decorations Locket Pendant
About the Item
Locket pendant in 18 karat yellow gold, owl hallmark.
Important locket pendant in the shape of shield, it is adorned with a pansies and its foliage whose heart is decorated with an emerald. The entire border of the shield is carved with a plant motif. It is surmounted by a plant motif and supports in pampille 3 pompoms. On the back, a crystal set in a gold wire comes off to put a portrait or a lock of hair. The belliere is an important round ring.
Length at the longest: 9 cm, width: 3 cm, thickness: 7.8 mm.
Total weight of the jewel: 18.2 g approximately.
