About the Item
A beautiful antique, Art Nouveau era Amethyst and seed pearl pendant.
The pendant has an unusual Quatrefoil design in a rich 9ct gold with a scalloped edge and an integral bale.
To the centre there is a floral type of arrangement of rich purple Amethysts, nice sized stones in mixed curs with the centre featuring a faceted round cut with four pear cut amethysts surrounding this.
There are four tiny seed pearls set diagonally to the Amethysts.
Such a pretty antique pendant with an unusual design and high quality gems.
It is marked on the reverse 9ct, Art Nouveau era, C1900s.
The total estimated carat weight for the Amethysts combined is approximately 1.48 ct.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, some light surface wear commensurate with age, minor surface wear to the stones.

1.65" length with bale
1.10" width
Weight approx 2 grams.
Centre round cut stone approx 6.1mm, pear cuts approx 4mm x 6.2mm
