Antique Edwardian Silver and Paste Drop Pendant, Belle Epoque
About the Item
A divine Antique Edwardian silver paste pendant.
A belle epoque style piece, it has a large ellpise shaped drop set with a faceted Amethyst paste stone to the centre.
The deep purple paste is surrounded by a border of sparkling diamond paste and there are two further borders of paste from there with the centre border having a scroll design.
The pendant is suspended from a paste set bow and this is suspended from the integral bale which is also set with paste stone.
A truly stunning piece of antique paste jewellery, Edwardian era.
It is marked on the reverse Sterling. This has all the glitter and sparkle of a diamond piece and the deep purple contrasts beautifully with the light stones and silver.
This would make for a fantastic gift for someone special or as a treat for yourself.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, used, some patina and light surface wear, minor discolouration to a few stones, all stones present.
