About the Item
Jazz's Heart Necklace in matte sterling silver. This series is based on a heart that Jazz, Evan’s daughter, drew directly on his chest when she was five years old. That day they went and had it tattooed directly onto Evan’s chest over the marker drawing.
This item is made with a naturally occurring element and will vary from the photograph you see. Each piece is unique and this is what makes it special.
