Victorian Roulette Wheel and Compass Open Riding Hat Pendant
About the Item
Here we have a remarkable creation taken from the Victorian era. This unique antique pendant has been crafted from a warm 18ct yellow gold into the shape of a horse riding hat. The hat itself showcases ornately engraved decoration with finely roped trim around the base and edges with a horseshoe and riding crop motif being found at the base. Upon opening the cap an interactive spinning roulette wheel can be found with a controlling lever to the side. Within the roof of the helmet, a hand painter working compass sits flush.
This is truly a one of kind piece showcasing exceptional hand made craftsmanship and attention to detail. It would make a wonderful gift for any horse riding enthusiast or gambling fanatic.
