Gorgeous Native American rainbow abalone and genuine sterling silver huge statement necklace dating back to the mid 1970's. The piece has been crafted in a stunning feather motif with texture to showcase the over-sized pendant. The abalone 'sea opal' shell displays beautiful array of iridescent rainbow colors with hints of green, blue and purple. Attached to a stunning hand-beaded cord that can vary in length due to link hooks. Abalone is said to inspire an abundance of thoughts and can protect against discordant attitudes. A wonderful piece of wearable fashion history in excellent condition.
