A leather lariat to be worn long or short. Dangling from each end are 18K gold beads and pendants-- emeralds, gold and jade pendants. Length short is 19.5" and long is 39". By Deborah Lockhart Phillips. Versatile and sexy.
The fine jewelry collection is sourced, designed or created by Deborah Lockhart Phillips. Through her international travels, she has cultivated prime resources for fine precious and semi-precious gemstones of unusual cuts in a variety of settings.
