Antique Sapphire and Diamond Halo Ring
About the Item
Here we have a delightful sapphire and diamond cluster ring. This piece originally dates back to the Victorian period with the head showcasing a single round faceted sapphire possessing a lively medium blue colour tone. This rich principal stone is then circulated by a single row of rose cut diamonds before the piece is finished with a slim 18ct yellow gold band.
This ring started life as a Victorian stick pin but has been expertly transformed into a more practical everyday ring by master antique jewellery restorer/re-designer, Gaetano Chiavetta.
