A stunning and impressive antique French 2.20 carat Madagascar sapphire and 2.16 carat diamond, 18 karat white gold cluster ring; part of our diverse gemstone jewelry collections. This stunning, fine and impressive antique sapphire cluster ring has been crafted in 18k white gold. The pierced decorated octagonal setting is ornamented with a feature 2.20Ct oval mixed cut Madagascar blue sapphire, eight claw set in subtle relief to the centre of the design. The feature sapphire is flanked to the upper and lower border with a total of ten pavé set Old European cut diamonds. The sapphire is flanked on either side by a bi-lobed setting, each accented with a further six smaller pavé set Old European cut diamonds. The pierced decorated, elevated ring shoulders integrate with the main setting and blend seamlessly with the plain ring shank. The ring is hallmarked to the outer surface of the shank with the French hallmark for 18k gold (eagle's head) and the maker's mark. This impressive antique cocktail ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card. NOTE: * The Gemmological Certification Services (GCS) lab has verbally accredited the sapphire originating in Madagascar and verifies that the gemstone shows no indications of heating; non-heated sapphires are a scarcity.
