Art Deco Sapphire and Diamond Ring
About the Item
A cushion sapphire weighing 2.80 carats, with gemological report stating there are no indications of heat treatment, is set in a platinum mounting with pierced details accented with a total of approximately 0.80 carat of round diamonds and calibré sapphires totaling approximately 1 carat. Circa 1920s. The ring is currently a size 5-1/4 but can not be sized more than 1 size up/down due to the intricate setting. The ring measures 0.70 inch at the widest point.
