Burmese Ruby Ring
About the Item
This beautiful art deco style ruby and diamond ring is comprised of an 18K White Gold band, 0.50 carats of round, white diamonds, and a unique central Ruby.
The Ruby, which weighs 1.08 carats is of Burmese (Myanmar) origin, and has no indications of thermal enhancement. Meaning that this gemstone is 100% natural and unmodified since it has been mined, cut, and polished.
The Ruby exhibits a typical vibrant pinkish red color with strong saturation. As well as this, this ruby is an example of a very clean unheated Burmese Ruby. There are some minor inclusions within the stone that are characteristic of unheated rubies from Burma.
The Central Ruby is certified by the GCS confirming its origins, and unheated status.
