You can put and take on, the Citrine Quartz with Halo of White Diamonds in White Gold (18K), in the Yellow Gold ring (18K).
This is only possible with a surgical steel mechanism.
Surgical steel is more resistant to mechanical damage than gold and allows for a perfect fit of the decorative elements and also does not cause allergic reactions.
