Margaret De Patta Modernist Sterling Silver Ring with Pearl
About the Item
This late 1940s or early 1950s sterling ring was designed by modernist jeweler Margaret De Patta. The asymmetrical shadowbox design has a great 3-dimensionality, and the effect changes with the angle and intensity of the light. There is a playfulness to the offset pearl surrounded by a scattering of silver dots/posts.
