About the Item
Created for a wedding in 1941 this platinum wedding band has a design of criss crossed bands with a diamond shape at every other intersecting point. Marked on the inside "iridium plat". Iridium is a precious metal and when added to platinum it increases the overall hardness of that metal.
Size 7
This band could be made smaller.
However, difficult to enlarge. There would be two options.
1) Put a plain piece of platinum at the back to make it larger.
2) Have a jeweler put in a piece and have it carved to match.
