Castillo Style Fish Bottle Opener
About the Item
Castillo style fish bottle opener. Featuring a flexible body with oscillating Blue Pacific abalone scales in variegating colors of blue, silver, black, and green. Likely from the Taxco region of Mexico, where most Mexican folk art such as this originates from. Body is wide in center and tapers at tail and slightly at head. Mouth is gaping open and is where bottle opener is located. Face is decorated in same abalone pattern with large white and black eyes on either side of face. Exquisite piece that is perfect for a dinner or cocktail party. Measures at 8 1/2"L
