Sterling Silver Candlestick by Fordham & Faulkner, 1916
About the Item
In good vintage condition, it shows signs of wear commensurate with its age.
It is weighted for stability and has green felt on its base.
The felt is showing signs of wear, please see pic.
It has stepped, beaded borders and is beautifully decorated.
The sconce is easily removable for cleaning.
Hallmarked: Made by Fordham & Faulkner (William Charles Fordham & Albert Buckley Faulkner) in Cambridge Street, Sheffield in 1916.
The partnership was dissolved in May 1916; the business continued by Fordham as "Fordham & Fordham", Buckley went into business on his own.
