Elegant 18k Vintage Bueche-Girod Ruby and Diamond Wrist Watch
About the Item
This elegant 18k yellow gold ladies cocktail watch was designed and created in Geneva Switzerland by Bueche-Girod during the 1970's. Featuring an oval head, and herring bone pattern dial with some minor staining, it is surrounded by luxurious round rubies, punctuated by eight fine quality marquise diamonds. Total measure to the outside of the ruby and diamond bezel is 35mm by 24mm. The movement is original to the watch and is a mechanical ultra-thin model. The integral 18k Bueche-Girod light bark finish band tapers from 18mm at the head to 14mm at the clasp and, when closed and secured the length is 6 1/2 inches. Markings on the back plate are YG9802, and gross weight is 56.50 grams.
