What a rare watch this is. Simply beautiful as well with a perfect enamel dial. The watch was certainly produced as nurse's watch probably in the mid 1920's. It works as it did when new and still keeps good time. You can wear this watch (likely for a woman as it is a little small in today's world) all the time. Made for the famous house of Caldwell in Philadelphia.
