Its case has a gold shell construction, which is a thick layer of gold, much thicker than gold plating with a stainless steel back. Powering the watch is Omega's top-tier caliber 552 movement, one of the last superior 500's series movements used before Omega began trying to reduce their costs and the co-highest level offering in the 500 series. It has 24 jewels and is one of the finest mass-produced automatic movements from era. It has fully Omega parts and has just finished a true expertly done restoration. It presents in gorgeous condition. Its "jumbo" case presents as mint with light aging under the lugs and aging mostly hidden inside the engine bay. It has no gold wearthrough. On the wrist, it presents as mint. And its Omega dial has been meticulously restored - the printing could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye. As part of the restoration, the very fine caliber 552 movement with fine swans neck regulation has been freshly expertly overhauled by a Master Watchmakers. We have also timed it on a machine that simulates it being worn on the wrist. It is keeping accurate time on par with a brand new Omega. Omega
