Mostly associated with Spain and Italy. This gem is a watercolor on paper measuring approximately 10 1/4 inches high by 5 1/4 wide. It is housed in the most spectacular hand carved frame decorated with flowers and grapes. Frame is period 19th century and could be original to watercolor. The frame measures 17 inches high by 12 1/4 wide. Painting is signed upper right and has the artist stamp lower right.
