Derrick Latimer Sayer, (1917-1992), British. Fine field study in oil paint on board circa 1970's. He studied under Henry Moore and Graham Sutherland at Chelsea School of Art. Afterwards the studio assistant to Ben Nicholson in Paris and Cornwall. His works becoming collectable within the milleau of that period of British Art.
