Leonard Mizerek
Beach Pathway, original 24x36 impressionist marine landscape

About the Item

The well traveled yet impeccable sand pathway leads to an uninhabited beach where every last element appears to subtly sparkle with freshness as though admiring its own pristine beauty. The air is fresh and aromatic with the smell of sea salt mixed with the fragrance from the dune flowers that is periodically caught by the gentle wind. The early morning sky still boasts a ring of pink below the aquamarine daylight sky in this refined 24x36 original, impressionist, marine landscape. Artist Leonard Mizerek, distinguished by the American Society of Marine Artists as a Fellow, is best known for his original oil paintings of marine subjects from throughout the eastern USA and western Europe. Multiple of his works hang in permanent museum collections including in the Museum of Yvonne Jean-Haffen in Dinan, France. Amongst his endless list of prestigious awards and credits, Mizerek has been featured on the cover of American Artist Magazine as well as in both Fine Art Connoisseur Magazine and American Art Collector Magazine. He has held more than 50 solo art shows from The Mystic Seaport Museum to the Delaware Art Museum to the Muscarelle Museum in Williamsburg, Virginia. This seascape would hold it's own in any collection of fine art!

After graduating with honors from Pratt Institute of NYC he then continued his studies at the Art Students League, also of NYC. Original Osborne oil paintings...
