A very beautiful original painting by the widely collected and sought after painter, Prudence Turner. She has captured the majesty of this magnificent Scottish landscape. The cattle water from the cool of the ancient loch's water, against the beautiful backdrop of the majestic Highlands, with their purple tinted heather gorse and grass. Presented in this fine quality swept frame that really sets the painting off to its best, its both a stunning example of the artists work and the genre too.

Prudence Turner
Prudence Turner was born on the 15th of March 1930 in India and lived in London. She developed a gift for painting at a very early age, with her first recognition being at the age of four when she competed in a national competition in the 11 to 14 age group. Although mainly self-taught, she lived and studied in many countries, including Egypt, India and France. Her talent covers a wide field, including portraits, abstract and landscape, both factual and fantasy. It is mainly her English and Scottish landscapes for which she is most famous.
