Mid-century ceramic decorative plate by Claude Vayssier for Cerenne Workshop (circa 1950s). This ceramic plate with a fish incised in the centre over the lustrous black background is signed by Claude Vayssier, the decorator. The black base is complemented by a brown and cream pattern with repeating vertical lines incised at the edges. An eye-catching piece from the South of France. In good overall condition.
