This rare solid mahogany dining set is part of the Taliesin collection that Frank Lloyd Wright designed for Heritage-Henredon in 1955, which was produced for only two years. The round tabletop, edged with a copper reverse dentil design, sits on an X base, the legs of which repeat the dentil motif. Three 16-inch copper-edged leaves extend the table up to a 96-inch oval. The designer's signature stamp appears on the underside of each leaf.
