About the Item
Fabulous preowned vintage Bonnie Cashin for Coach mini tote bag, likely made in the 60s. Made from what Coach called "Mimosa" leather (almost a lime green hue), it has four metal feet at the bottom and is lined in Cashin's signature striped fabric with one flat pocket inside.
An incredibly rare vintage bag in a hard to find color that's incredibly chic! Bonnie Cashin's designs were always stylish, yet practical - and this bag is no exception! Constructed in a similar way to a paper shopping bag, one can fold this bag flat for storage, or for stowing within one of your larger bags when traveling!
Made in the USA. Approximate measurements: 7in L x 7in H x 3in D w/5in handle drop. Note that this is a pre-creed bag, with a Bonnie Cashin metal tag and a cloth tag reading COACH LEATHERWARE: A BONNIE CASHIN DESIGN.
Preowned/vintage (50+ years old) with signs of age, use and prior wear: color variation, light spots and marks on both sides of exterior (see images 8 for examples); some stress cracks to the surface color on the straps (see image 9); color loss to bottom feet.
