Vintage Chinese Seven Tier Brass Pagoda Incense Burner

About the Item

A good quality vintage, possibly antique, Chinese brass seven tier pagoda for incense dating from the early 20th century or earlier. The pagoda stands on a wide hexagonal shaped base raised on six scroll and pierced feet with steps leading up to the first of the seven tiers each graduating in size to the smallest at the top. The sections are hexagonal in shape with large oval windows cut to each side and with a roof above. The centre of the pagoda is hollowed out forming a funnel to the top. The pagoda has signs of age wear to the base however is not marked. Provenance: UK Art Market. In good condition with wear from age and use.
