Neoclassical Style Carved Marble Fireplace Mantel

About the Item

Antique neoclassical style carved marble fireplace. A late 19th century, neoclassical fireplace made from white statutory and Siena Marble. The central tablet of the frieze contains Putto’s with musical instruments in a beautifully detailed design. It also includes carved foliage and flowers along the jambs and two putto figures on either corner block. Dimensions Opening Height 102 cm Opening Width 109.5 cm.
