If you look at, or rather study, the shape and the execution then you will notice that the workmanship is simply incredible. The depth in the relief and the perfect symmetry of this embossed and hand hammered antique is something that was rare even in the earliest years of the 1900s. In this day and age, you would not be able to find a craftsman capable of creating such a piece. It is for all these reasons and ofcourse because of the many children that must have been baptised in this ecclesiastical relic that this is both the perfect Gothic decoration and talking piece.
