Pair French 19th C. Bronze Decoartive Urns on Marble Bases
About the Item
These well modeled bronze urns made in France during the third quarter of the 19th century show all the grace associated with the era. The classical body covered in finely detailed oak leaves and berries is further enhanced with fine inscribed line work to the lower area and all resting on a raised black marble plinth giving the urns importance and presences. The patination is in good order and the color is great with a deep rich brown graduating to a lovely low gold brown luster.
