1930s Murano Centerpiece by Ercole Barovier

About the Item

1930's hand blown glass bowl by Murano maestro Ecole Barovier for Artistica Barovier. The bowl shape looks like it's inspired by a cactus shape and is made from iridato glass and trimmed with applied pasta glass with gold inclusions on a pedestal foot. A similar footed bowl went through Wright Auction on June 9th, 2012 and had an estimate of 5,000 - 7,000 usd.
