Regency Italian Footed Compote Tazza

About the Item

A beautiful Italian tôle footed compote tazza with scalloped edge and lion paw feet, in the Regency Style, circa early to mid-20th century, Italy. Piece is a rich yellow with black detail (scalloped edge, Regency scene center, decorative base), brass lion paw feet, and brass handles. Piece (base) is weighted for stability. Use to hold fruits, vegetable, etc., as a catchall vide-poche, or as a standalone piece. Marked on underside 'Italy' as shown in last image. Dimensions: 7.5" Depth x 10.63" Height x 6.25" Height.
