Georgian Squash Fruit Tea Caddy
About the Item
Extremely rare pumpkin / squash tea caddy with a superb dark mottled colour, lovely patination, and a wonderful original squared stalk is only seen on this type of fruit tea caddy.
The interior of this Squash Tea Caddy contains traces of its original tin lining, with a steel hinge & lock, it comes with its original steel key and fully working lock.
Often confused as Melons but are clearly distinguishable due to their squared stalk, one of the rarest of the fruit tea caddies.
