A Pair of Large Antique French Louis XVI Gilt Bronze and Marble Candelabras
About the Item
A Pair of highly important and large Magnificent Antique French Louis XVI style figural gilt bronze mounted hand carved rouge marble multi arm candelabras of exquisite craftsmanship attributed to Henry Dasson. Each large candelabra is embellished with a pair of superb large gilt bronze figures of ladies on each side holding floral wreaths mounted on the hand carved rouge marble urn of the lower section. Further each candelabra is adorned with male figural masks and central circular plaques depicting figural scenes in relief. Finally each candelabra is decorated with seven large gilt bronze arms of the most intricate detail and jewel like quality. Please note candelabras of this high quality and large size are extremely rare.
