Large Empire Bronze and Ormolu Mantel Clock

France, circa 1820-1830.
A large-scale early 19th century bronze and gilt bronze mantel clock, the clocks hunting theme, featuring three different scenes. The bronze Diana deer stalking; her bow, arrow, horn and a boar’s head show what has been done. The scene beneath the clock face focuses on a hound and signifies the support that is needed. This is a clock in immaculate condition.
