About the Item

Bronze sculpture depicting the Art Nouveau naturalist effigy of a half-naked boy with a branch where two birds perch. Following models of A. MOREAU. This denomination refers to the intention of creating a new art, carrying out a break with the dominant styles at the time, such as historicism or eclecticism. It is about creating a new aesthetic, in which inspiration in nature predominates while incorporating novelties derived from the industrial revolution. And so in architecture the use of iron and glass is frequent. However, it is also a reaction to the poor aesthetics of iron architecture, so in vogue for those years.
