Pair of bookends representing the hero of Spanish literature Don Quixote and his faithful Sancho Panza: both are seated, asleep. Brown patina metal sculptures (spelter), one of them is signed Janlé.They were published by Max Le Verrier. Light wear to the patina and light shards of use Art Deco Height 27.5 cm (at the spear) and 15.5 cm 13 x 9 cm.
