18th Century English Treen Yew Wood Lidded Jar

Lovely 18th century Georgian lidded jar or condiment pot hand carved and turned from a beautiful piece of yew wood. Rich and warm patina from age and use. From a New York City private collection. Measures: 4 inches high 3.75 diameter.
