About the Item

An exceptional and rare Tommi Parzinger design for Dorlyn Silversmiths. A pair of thick, mold-blown glass bowls or jars with lacquered brass lids executed in Parzinger's signature modernist style. These have substantial weight and presence and lend themselves equally well to decorative and to practical use. In beautiful condition. Unsigned. Larger jar measures: 7.75" tall with lid, 5.75" tall without lid, 5.63" diameter Smaller jar measures: 6.5" tall with lid, 4.5" tall without lid, 4.38" diameter.

    Wear consistent with age and use. Minor signs of age and wear, some areas of minimal oxidation to brass. Glass is clean, bright. Some natural small bubbles to glass interior. No damage to report. These present exquisitely.
