Ceramist Patrizia Italiano dedicated this set of three anthropomorphic mugs to Oliva, a Sicilian street vendor of oil. The marked somatic traits and the 3D decorations of green olives and olive leaves lend striking textural and visual quality to the set, which is painstakingly handcrafted from fine, white-glazed ceramic with a matte finish. The mugs' artistic design makes them ideal also as small pots where to display colorful garden plants.
