Antique New Hall English Porcelain Dish or Plate Pattern 435, PC

A fine antique English porcelain dish or plate. By New Hall. With an eye-catching gilt rim that alternates between panels of iron-red underglaze countryside and gilt geometric and floral devices with bright blue painted accents. There is a gilt starburst to the center surrounded by a ring of gilt garlands. Marked to the base with a red 435 and a label that reads: "CB 133 / New Hall / c. 1790". Simply a wonderful New Hall Porcelain plate! Date: Late 18th century, circa 1790 Overall Condition: It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. Condition Details: There is some rubbing to the gilding here and there but especially to the rim. Otherwise, there are some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age. Marks: Marked to the base with a red 435 and a label that reads: "CB 133 / New Hall / c. 1790". Measurements: Diameter: circa 8 1/2 in. Height: circa 1 1/4 in.
