Very Large Art Nouveau Bisque Bather

About the Item

Very large Art Nouveau bisque statue featuring a young bather standing against a tree. The girl is almost naked. The drapery that closely follows the forms of her body and creates small folds is inspired by antiquity. The nymph's idealized body, her voluptuous forms and dreamy face with the soft shine give this figure sensuality and grace, circa 1900. Dimension: W 15.7 in, D 9.4in, H 26.8in. Dimension: L 40cm, P 24cm, H 68cm.
