Pair of glass carafes made of faceted clear glass on an octagonal stand, silver mount with hinged lid with thumb rest and elegantly curved handle. Dimensions: height: 30,5 cm / 12.00 in width: 14,0 cm / 5.51 in depth: 10,0 cm / 3.93 in Hallmarks: Crescent + Crown - German official hallmark from 1888 925 STERLING - fineness Unicorn - Master's sign GEBRÜDER KÜHN: Silver goods factory, Schwäbisch Gmünd, founded in 1860 by Johann Stanislaus Nepomuk Kühn, successor to the sons Emil and Gustav as 'Gebrüder Kühn', taken over by the third generation in 1914. The company still exists today as 'Gebr. Kühn Silbermanufaktur GmbH & Co. KG' Condition: very well maintained, silver cleaned and polished, glass undamaged
