Sterling Silver and Cut-Glass Cruet Set by Paul Storr, Early 1800s

About the Item

Sterling silver and cut-glass cruet set by Paul Storr. A pair of cruets and two footed condiment jars, crafted of finely cut glass mounted in silver, are held securely on a distinctive handled tray adorned with an intricate egg-and-dart trim, scrolled handles and ball feet. Storr's beautiful, Greco-Roman inspired design is an outstanding example of why Storr is counted among history's finest silversmiths. Every piece of the set is hallmarked London, 1802.
