Art deco Limoges porcelain coffee set Complete coffee set for 12 people 40 pieces in total Art deco design Origin Franca Circa 1940 The coffee set is composed of: (measurements in centimeters) -Coffee maker (height: 22cm width: 26cm depth: 10cm) -sugar bowl (height: 17 cm width: 17 cm depth 9cm) -milk jug (heigh:t 12cm width: 13cm depth: 7cm) -1 tray (height: 2.5cm width: 25.5cm depth: 26cm) -12 small plates (height: 2cm, diameter: 16cm) -12 cups with their plate (height: 5cm width: 15cm depth: 15cm) Marked and sealed Limoge and Mappin and Wen France on its base Complete set and in excellent condition was a popular design movement from 1920 to 1939 (whose influence extended into the 1950s in some countries) that influenced global decorative arts such as architecture, interior design, and graphic and industrial design; also to visual arts such as fashion, painting, engraving, sculpture and cinematography.
