Unique Yacht Windlass Capstan

About the Item

Substantial yacht windlass built from brass and iron. The yacht name has been obscured from too much polishing over the years. This relic is fitted with a ratchet pole to crank the gears. Very interesting piece watching it work. Circa 1920.
