Small Lines Rocking Horse on Curved Wooden Rockers

About the Item

Small lines rocking horse on curved wooden rockers. A small wooden rocking horse on curved rockers attributed to Lines Brothers; the original paint has been retained with a small amount of sensitive restoration; the mane and tail have been replaced as has some of the saddlery using old supple leather. Many of the best antique rocking horse were made by Lines and Ayres. These makers would tilt the heads for a more life-like appearance.
